The following positions are open as of January 3, 2013:
- Facilities Technician – Full Time, 8:00 to 5:00, participate in assigned on-call rotation. Duties include but not limited to responsible for general maintenance of Skyline and Bryce House facilities, facility vehicles and grounds to ensure that they are kept in good clean orderly manner at all times; maintain and repair all building mechanical equipment, plumbing, appliances, heating and cooling systems, company vehicles; assist in daily operations of facilities; perform preventive maintenance along with documentation. Must have general working knowledge of these maintenance issues. General knowledge of fire alarm and sprinkler systems. Ability to complete assignments and work orders with little or no supervision. Ability to work as a team member. Ability to follow to follow through to the completion of work. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and negotiate stairs.
- Lead Chemical Dependency Technician – Full-time, 8:00 – 5:00, On call at other times. Duties include but not limited to, Assigns Tech duties; Hiring and disciplinary counseling of Chemical Dependency Technicians; Conduct initial orientation and training of techs; Ensures Chemical Dependency Technicians perform responsibilities on all shifts; Maintain unit security and assist in basic crisis intervention; Monitor and document unusual client behavior and notify counselors of concerns; Covers units as needed. Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor or working toward CADC. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in drug and alcohol related field with supervisory experience preferred. Understanding of ICIS, understanding of quality improvement; of urine testing procedures; of state laws that pertain to alcohol and drug treatment; of state and federal laws regarding confidentiality. Understanding of alcohol/drug dependence and co-occurring disorders. Must have interviewing skills, experience and knowledge in supervision of at least 30 people. Ability to teach, lead groups and problem solve; leadership and organizational skills; be computer literate.
- Chemical Dependency Techs – Various Shifts, Full-time. At least one year (1) year of experience in counseling or working with alcoholics/addicts in a recognized treatment, or counseling program; or a combination of education and experience. Two (2) years employment in the drug and alcohol field preferred. Knowledge of the problems of alcoholism/addiction, co-occurring disorders and their effect on the individual and their family. Duties include but not limited to, Following confidentiality guidelines as provided by 12&12 Inc.’s policy and contained in the legal provisions of 42 CFR part 2. Conduct self in a professional manner in personal appearance and in the qualities presented to clients, public and co-workers. Assist and conduct intake, admission and discharge procedures. Maintain unit security and assist in basic crisis intervention. Orientate new clients to unit and to guidelines of the facility. Perform timely room checks and hourly bed checks through night. Maintain and document proper paperwork on assigned unit. Must have basic computer skills. A valid Oklahoma driver’s license is required. Must be able to negotiate stairs and lift up to 50 pounds.
- ECB (Emergency Call Back) Chemical Dependency Techs – Various Shifts, Part-time. At least one year (1) year of experience in counseling or working with alcoholics/addicts in a recognized treatment, or counseling program; or a combination of education and experience. Two (2) years employment in the drug and alcohol field preferred. Knowledge of the problems of alcoholism/addiction, co-occurring disorders and their effect on the individual and their family. - Vending Clerk – Part-time, 20 hours or less per week. Duties include but not limited to, filling vending machines; Ordering and picking up vending supplies. When not attending to the vending duties, employee will be helping with some kitchen duties as assigned by the Food Service Manager. Applicant must have valid Oklahoma Driver’s License and good driving record. Must have Food Handlers Permit. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
