12&12 Addiction Recovery Center offers a full continuum of care and specialized programs all under one roof. We are uniquely positioned to attend to all your recovery needs at whatever level of care you require, and all safely in one place. We will never turn away, or refer clients to another care provider, if we can accommodate your needs right here.

Medically supervised detoxification

Medically supervised detoxification

This is our highest level of care for men and women at a high risk for medical complications during withdrawal. The program involves medical monitoring protocols, staffed by registered nurses. With primary care oversight administered by an addiction-certified physician, typical length of stay is 4-7days.

Intensive residential treatment/ residential treatment

Intensive residential treatment/ residential treatment

Facilitated by a licensed or under supervision Primary Counselor, these programs include 25-37 weekly hours of integrated, individual, group and education counseling services including: anger management, grief recovery, self-esteem enhancement, coping skills acquisition, stress management skills, interpersonal relationship-building skills, gender specific issues and relapse prevention. Typical length of stay is 30-45 days.

Transitional living

Transitional living

For clients who have successfully completed residential substance abuse services and are prepared to experience gradual step-down to lower level of care, we have our Halfway/Transitional Living program. This program gives clients the opportunity to work and develop skills to create or restore balance between work, family and leisure. Clients must be employed or attending school and they must continue outpatient counseling. Typical length of stay is 2-3 months, with a maximum stay of 4 months.

Intensive outpatient treatment/ outpatient treatment

Intensive outpatient treatment/ outpatient treatment

These programs are designed for clients who are stepping down from detox or residential treatment, or may not require residential admission but still need an outpatient clinical engagement. Typical outpatient programs last 6-7 weeks of about 20-24 three-hour counseling sessions. The specific number of counseling sessions and total number of weeks is based on individual needs. Day and evening sessions are available to accommodate work and childcare needs.

Continuing care

Continuing care

This program is available to any client who has completed any 12&12, Inc. residential or outpatient treatment program, and it assists clients in continuing their recovery in group support sessions.

Other on-site services

Other on-site services

12&12 Addiction Recovery Center offers specialty Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) services, as well as Methamphetamine Dependency (MDT) services for our residential treatment clients whose individualized recovery needs warrant such programs. Participation in these specialty services will be determined as part of an initial admissions screening process. 12&12, Inc. also offers family education, assessment and referral, crisis intervention and outreach services as needed.

Bryce House transitional living for homeless veterans

Bryce House transitional living for homeless veterans

12&12’s Bryce House is a sober living environment for homeless veterans in recovery from substance use disorders. Veterans can live at Bryce House for up to two years as they participate in structured, goal-oriented programming and progress toward independence. Facility operations are partially funded through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Grant Per Diem program.
