12 & 12, Inc. is one of the largest and most comprehensive residential treatment centers in northeastern Oklahoma. We offer a full continuum of care for adult men and women.
All services for insurance and private pay clients – bedrooms, recreation, dining, laundry and group and individual counseling — are provided within a self-contained unit, 3 North. Read through our 3 North brochure here.

12 & 12, Inc. Main Entrance
Our main facility is conveniently located on Skelly Drive in midtown Tulsa. It’s blue awnings and white lettering make it highly visible along Skelly Drive.
12 & 12, Inc. Courtyard
We provide a safe, secure facility where clients can receive the assistance they need to recover from addiction to alcohol and other drugs.
3 North Unit
During a stay at 12 & 12, Inc. each client is assigned a bedroom that is spacious, clean, and includes a full bathroom with tub and shower. Specially-equipped rooms are available for the hearing impaired, and several are handicapped accessible. Read more about our 3 North Unit picture above here.
