At 12 & 12, Inc., we understand that addiction treatment insurance coverage and benefits can be complex. Our experienced staff is skilled in working with insurance providers to access the maximum benefits available.

We are an in-network addiction treatment center with most health insurance providers. We work closely with insurance providers to ensure that you can maximize benefits and coverage to minimize your out-of-pocket treatment costs. Also, we can design a financing plan with you for the remaining balance that insurance may not cover.

When you call us, we will work closely with you and with your insurance company to determine the best financial plan for you. In addition, we will determine if client aid is available to be used in combination with your insurance benefits. If your insurance provider is listed below, call us at 918-728-3133. We will accept any out-of-network insurance company that will work with us.

The private or self-pay method is also an option at 12 & 12, Inc. We accept full payment for services by cash, check or money order during the admissions process. At 12 & 12, Inc., we understand the financial hardships of many adults looking to recover from addiction and we don’t want to deter anyone from getting the help they need. Therefore, we offer an array of payment plans for clients that need to pay for treatment services over an extended period. We work closely with our clients to individualize treatment plans according to financial situations.

Also, we partner with My Treatment Lender to offer an option for private, non-12 & 12, Inc. affiliated financing options available to those who qualify. My Treatment Lender is the only recovery-based behavioral healthcare lending company in the country. It provides loans for behavioral health, substance abuse and/or eating disorder treatment. At 12 & 12, Inc., based on availability, we provide services to clients regardless of their ability to pay. We provide these services through contracts with various state and federal agencies, including the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS), the Veterans Administration (VA) and several Native American Tribes.
