Inner Solutions offers adults suffering from the brain disease of addiction or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders life-saving recovery tools to support their ability to achieve individualized recoveries. In partnership with the OSU Tulsa Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health, our holistic treatment approach offers traditional, best practice methods such as individual, group, and family counseling, as well as evidence-based interventions. These interventions include Medications Assisted Treatment (MAT), Yoga/Meditation, Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention, and Music Therapy.
Medically supervised detoxification is utilized for those who are at risk of medical complications when withdrawing from alcohol and other drugs. Detox involves a medical monitoring process provided by a physician and qualified nurses. This protocol is used to stabilize the patient for residential treatment participation and engagement.
Residential treatment provides a structured care model including individual and group counseling, evidence-based education/ family programming, yoga, music therapy, meditation, mindfulness- based relapse prevention, and recreation. Support for those experiencing symptoms of co-occurring psychiatric disorders is also available.
These additional services focus on the primary diagnosis of addiction & address heightened challenges faced by patients who experience symptoms associated with depression or other psychiatric diagnoses in addition to battling addiction.
